About the position

The IT Programmer Analyst role is focused on software/application development and requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project leadership. This position is based onsite in Juno Beach, FL, and demands full-time availability. The analyst will be responsible for leading development projects, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Collaborate effectively within project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage development activities through various stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Monitor and ensure user satisfaction through change management and service ticket management.
• Define, track, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for system performance and reliability.
• Support software development and support teams using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Automate code release handoff from development to operations using DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software/application development experience.
• Experience leading development projects and providing technical guidance.
• Strong programming skills with experience in software development, integration, and maintenance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including automation of code release handoff.
• Experience in managing development activities through various stages of the SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for scaling Agile practices.
• Experience in defining, documenting, and analyzing software business requirements.
• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility, security, and compliance standards.
• Experience in DevOps automation tools and practices for CI/CD.
• Experience in experimental application development for testing new ideas.
