About the position

The Program Manager for Direct Support Services at People Creating Success, Inc. is responsible for managing a small caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes quality assurance, training, and coordination among staff and service coordinators to ensure effective support for clients. Responsibilities

• Train staff on best practices and procedures.
• Monitor daily and monthly documentation to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff to discuss progress and needs.
• Attend meetings with service coordinators to coordinate care.
• Maintain open communication with the Regional Center and service coordinators.
• Cover open shifts as necessary to ensure adequate staffing.
• Communicate with and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care provided.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Management or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
