About the position

The Program Manager for Direct Support Services at People Creating Success, Inc. is responsible for managing a small caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role emphasizes quality assurance, training, and coordination among staff and service coordinators to ensure effective support for clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

  • Train staff on best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor daily and monthly documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff to discuss progress and needs.
  • Attend meetings with service coordinators to coordinate care.
  • Maintain open communication with the Regional Center and service coordinators.
  • Cover open shifts as necessary to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Communicate with and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care provided.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Management or supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
