AWG, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves various administrative tasks, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies. The position is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a friendly manner and direct them to the correct person or office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the correct department and take messages.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed.
  • Schedule meetings for employees.
  • Perform basic filing and recordkeeping, faxing, transcribing, and copying.
  • Keep the reception area and common areas clean and tidy.
  • Use standard office equipment, such as a fax machine, copy machine, and computer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
  • Notify office staff of incoming calls and provide additional support to sales agents and CSRs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Benefits
