The Office Manager will assume responsibility to implement and drive critical business functions that support and contribute to the overall growth of Roman Music Therapy Services. This leadership and management role focuses on both operational and financial process execution and improvements, while motivating others to meet opportunities head-on. As a member of our collaborative Leadership Team, your passion for process improvement, implementing operational systems, and helping others will aid you in fulfilling supervisory and administrative duties. With your strong organizational skills and dynamic leadership competencies, you will play a key role in the overall growth and well-being of the company, while developing the administrative skills of the team with ongoing training and support. Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive critical business functions that support overall growth.
  • Focus on operational and financial process execution and improvements.
  • Motivate team members to meet opportunities head-on.
  • Fulfill supervisory and administrative duties as part of the Leadership Team.
  • Develop the administrative skills of the team through ongoing training and support.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • At least three (3) years of experience in office management
  • Experience in general bookkeeping, A/R, and A/P
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software and platforms quickly
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, logistics, financial management, bookkeeping, problem solving/analysis, decision making, project management, and interpersonal communication.
