This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) at ShiftMed in Minneapolis, MN, offering a flexible work schedule with competitive pay of $58 per hour. Responsibilities
- Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation.
- Develop a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement the identified plan; coordinate care delivery; employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
- Evaluate progress towards attainment of outcomes.
- Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
- Attain knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice.
- Evaluate one's own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines.
- Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current CPR certification
- 1 year of experience required for ED and MED/SURG
- 2 years of experience required for ICU and some SICU experience is required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
