About the position

We are currently seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) urogynecologist to join our well-established private practice located in Winchester, VA. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a board-certified urogynecologist, three physician assistants, and a dedicated support staff. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of urogynecology services, including medication management, office procedures, pelvic floor therapy, and various surgical options such as vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries as needed. The clinical responsibilities for this position will be divided among our outpatient office, the ambulatory surgery center, and the hospital operating room at Valley Health Winchester Medical Center. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive urogynecological care to patients.
  • Perform office procedures and pelvic floor therapy.
  • Conduct vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries as needed.
  • Collaborate with physician assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Manage clinical responsibilities across outpatient office, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital operating room.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urogynecology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Virginia.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in urogynecology procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with robotic surgery techniques.
  • Fellowship training in Urogynecology.
