About the position

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Urologist to join our talented team in Rochester, MN. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with the intention of expanding our services to include Da Vinci robotic surgery. The role involves a collaborative work environment with an average patient load of 17+ patients per day in an established practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide urological care to patients in a clinic and operating room setting.
• Participate in the development and implementation of robotic surgical services.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and management.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology.
• Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on patient care.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with robotic surgery, particularly Da Vinci systems.
• Interest in participating in community outreach and education.
