About the position

Tourism Holdings Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance Team. This full-time position requires a hybrid work model, with in-office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role involves managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Reconciling company credit cards
• Filing on an as needed basis
• Participating in day-to-day accounting and operational functions
• Communicate with Vendors to resolve invoice payment issues
• Create new Vendor accounts in software & obtain W9's
• Assist management with any assignments on an as needed basis
• Communicate with PO creators to solve issues with problem invoices

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Ability to work well in a team
• Hard working, efficient and great attention to detail
• Able to learn new and old computer systems
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and plan efficiently
• Analytical skills in basic accounts payable and working knowledge of accounting
• Ability to multitask
