About the position

The US Analyst - Business Analyst position within the CEO Office at Crédit Agricole CIB offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief of Staff for the Americas at one of the largest European banks. This role involves data management, reporting, strategy analysis, and day-to-day support, providing a comprehensive experience in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills with the in-house CRM tool (Client Live) and improve data management.
• Work with the Client Live team in Paris to enhance existing reporting tools.
• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports on client, portfolio performance, and RWA evolution for senior managers.
• Participate in the preparation of strategy documents, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
• Analyze monthly performance measures, including client segment and product sales analysis by country/region.
• Assist Coverage and Product teams by responding to general inquiries regarding their activities.
• Coordinate various teams across New York, Paris, and the Americas.
• Manage global or trans-business/product line initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate with a maximum of 12 months since graduation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Exceptional knowledge of Excel and data management tools (Access and/or Power BI).
• Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across functions.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
