Responsibilities

  • Assist with facilitating on-campus recruiting initiatives/processes
  • Provide support with the GMD US Analyst/Intern programs
  • Full-cycle analyst/intern recruiting and administrative program support
  • Manage logistics and materials for 'Superday' events
  • Handle mobility processes related to internal/international moves
  • Oversee fee agreements and invoicing for search firms
  • Reconcile benefits and payroll data
  • Provide administrative assistance to Business Partners, including job postings and resume screenings
  • Manage onboarding processes including background checks and new hire checklists
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Head of Human Resources
  • Assist with the implementation of HR systems like PeopleDoc and Workday
  • Ensure data integrity on the Employee Tracking System (ETS)
  • Facilitate resignation processes including exit interviews and termination packages
  • Process temporary staff billing and invoices
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Relevant HR work or internship experience
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring Visa Sponsorship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness and sound organizational skills
  • Technically savvy with project management skills
