About the position

Booksy, the largest and fastest-growing booking platform for appointment-based businesses, is seeking a US Community Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. This role is pivotal in connecting beauty service providers with their ideal customers and providing them with the necessary tools to thrive. As a Community Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the US Field Marketing team to achieve acquisition and activation targets, while also owning relationships with local brand ambassadors and community influencers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing targeted community engagement strategies that enhance connections and referrals among providers. In this position, you will collaborate with brand ambassadors and industry professionals to create promotional content that increases brand visibility. Building and nurturing relationships with beauty professionals, influencers, and industry leaders will be essential to amplify Booksy's brand trust and visibility. You will analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies, ensuring the effectiveness of referral networks. Additionally, you will organize and lead local events, workshops, and seminars that engage and educate the community, thereby increasing Booksy's brand credibility. As a subject matter expert on US communities, you will represent local audiences and segments, helping global teams understand the specific needs of our communities. This includes tracking key local competitors, monitoring industry trends, and surfacing regional influences. You will also support US Field Marketing and organic acquisition efforts, including events, social media, and content campaigns, while gaining a deep understanding of the product needs of our local communities. Collaboration with other Community Managers and B2B Marketing Specialists in other markets will be crucial for sharing best practices and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support US Field marketing team in delivering against our acquisition and activation targets for US.
  • Own the relationships with our local brand ambassadors and community influencers.
  • Develop and implement targeted community engagement strategies, enhancing provider-to-provider connections and referrals.
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors and industry professionals to create promotional content and increase brand visibility.
  • Build and nurture relationships with beauty professionals, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify brand visibility and trust.
  • Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies and increase the effectiveness of referral networks.
  • Organize and lead local events, workshops, and seminars that engage and educate the community and increase Booksy's brand credibility.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our US communities representing local audiences and segments.
  • Help global teams understand the specific needs of our communities, including understanding the needs of our B2B customers, tracking key local competitors, and monitoring industry trends.
  • Support US Field Marketing and organic acquisition and brand efforts including events, social media, and content campaigns with our US provider community.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product needs of our local communities.
  • Support local CS and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with other Community Managers and B2B Marketing Specialists in our other main markets to share best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or influencer marketing required.
  • Located or near Miami, Florida.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Experience or interest in working within a global team.
  • Eager to learn and grow in your marketing career.
  • Familiarity with the tech or beauty industry is preferred.
  • Specific knowledge of local marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively especially as it pertains to events and large-scale campaigns.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
