Responsibilities

  • Enter alphanumeric data from various sources into computer databases and spreadsheets with precision and speed
  • Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and records according to established procedures
  • Retrieve and extract information from databases and files as needed
  • Assist in compiling and organizing data for reports, presentations, or analysis
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of work
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry or clerical roles
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with computer software and basic office equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
