About The Position

This position serves as a vital link between the Life Sciences and Long-Term Care (LTC) markets, focusing on bridging educational gaps among stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of documentation requirements in Long-Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings and the ability to extract meaningful insights from Electronic Health Records (EHR) to support both prospects and customers in their inquiries.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support conversations with internal and external stakeholders to inform decisions specific to the LTPAC space, related to their needs and use case.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of the LTPAC space and PointClickCare data ecosystem to support product initiatives.
• Assist in marketing campaign efforts by positioning LTPAC Data in relation to the Drug development lifecycle use cases.
• Support operations through the new customer onboarding process.
• Identify data gaps during the sales cycle and communicate these to leadership and product teams to assist in driving roadmaps and aligning with the broader vision.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $76,000 - $82,000 plus bonus and benefits.
