About the position

The Lead Java Springboot Developer position involves designing and developing enterprise-level applications, leading a team, and managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The role requires extensive experience in Java and related technologies, with a focus on building robust web applications and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Work on design and development of enterprise applications.
• Lead and manage onsite/offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot and fix application issues.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Build relationships with customers and clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing web applications and enterprise-level applications.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring frameworks (Spring IOC, Spring MVC, Spring AOP, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Web Flow, Spring Data), JDBC, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with message queues like Rabbit MQ and Kafka.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Proficient in writing SQL queries, PL/SQL stored procedures, and triggers.
• Experience with Continuous Delivery pipeline using Docker, Jenkins/Teamcity/Harness, and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Selenium, Test NG.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and IDEs like IntelliJ, STS, MS Visual Studio Code, and Eclipse.
• Understanding of build tools such as Maven and Ant, with knowledge of Shell scripting.
• Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in leading a team of 10 or more.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
