About the position

The ETF Product Developer role at BlackRock involves managing the product development pipeline for iShares, focusing on enhancing existing products and creating new ETF processes. Responsibilities

• Project manage product changes and the launch of new ETFs
• Solve problems, build solutions and drive forward strategic priorities
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities that lower the risk of errors and increase efficiency
• Develop deep understanding of existing ETF products and opportunities
• Build strong relationships across the organization by listening carefully to partner teams and delivering for the firm

Requirements

• Experience in financial services including ETF product development, investment operations or risk management
• Experience in leading projects and building relationships with partners
• High intellectual curiosity and understanding of different asset classes, including equity, fixed income and commodities
• Detail and outcome oriented with strong planning, project management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong business judgment and decision-making with integrity and emotional intelligence
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
