About the position
The US ETF Engineering team at BlackRock is seeking an Associate ETF Product Developer to contribute to the development and management of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with market needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance ETF products.

- Assist in the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Support the management of existing ETF products, ensuring compliance and performance tracking.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product development or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ETFs or investment products is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to ETFs.
