About the position

As a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice with the support of branch associates and a home-office team. This role emphasizes building client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet clients' unique needs. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures.
  • Engage the branch team to create and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
  • Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services with a track record of success working with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP® or CRPC™.
