About the position

The Mac Sales Specialist at Apple plays a crucial role in driving the adoption of Mac solutions within US Government environments. This position involves understanding customer needs, creating inspiring visions, and collaborating with various partners to ensure successful integration and deployment of Mac products. The specialist will work closely with enterprise account teams to enhance user experiences and transform workplace productivity through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Promote, propose, and deliver Mac solutions for customers across all business areas.
  • Develop plans aligned with customer strategies and guide them through the Mac adoption journey.
  • Execute plans by partnering with Account Executives, Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, and strategic partners.
  • Create demand generation activities and identify new opportunities for Mac adoption.
  • Iterate and refine the sales process to meet the needs of Apple direct and channel sellers.
  • Measure the success of programs and enablement content to identify new materials and offers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12+ years of related experience in sales.
  • Significant background selling solutions to US Federal Government customers.
  • Deep understanding of Mac sales processes and the third-party ecosystem.
  • Ability to articulate a vision for Enterprises adopting Mac and guide them through the adoption journey.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated success in engaging Executive Sponsors and Line of Business Champions.
  • Experience in selling to and supporting Enterprise customers with device choice programs.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.
