Responsibilities

• Analyze and extract actionable data related to compensation and benefits for clients in global financial firms, asset managers, insurers, banks, and wealth management companies.
• Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in defined labor markets with mentorship from expert colleagues.
• Perform specialized research studies on various compensation topics using Aon's global data.
• Analyze and interpret data to prepare summary reports for internal and external presentations.
• Maintain and update compensation and financial databases for quick and reliable access to important information.

Requirements

• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and gather and interpret data.
• Strong analytical skills to research and analyze compensation practices.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
