About the position

As a Lead at Apple Retail, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Leadership team and enhancing the customer experience. This position requires a whole-store mindset, where you will mentor and motivate team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service. You will be actively involved in operational readiness, sales strategy execution, and fostering an inclusive environment that aligns with Apple's values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Organize the sales floor workflow and manage communication with team members and leadership.
• Ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies with the leadership team.
• Align team members on store performance goals and priorities.
• Address operational needs such as cash management and store procedures.
• Provide customer service and support in various areas of the store as needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and promoting curiosity.

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading others personally or professionally.
