About the position

The US Marketing Coordinator at Fraser Yachts plays a crucial role in the Global Marketing Team, focusing on organizing and executing US-based events such as boat shows and luxury events. This position supports the marketing team in creating materials and analyzing digital strategies, requiring a well-rounded individual who excels in marketing communications and multi-tasking. Key responsibilities include event coordination, merchandising, social media management, and marketing reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth execution of US events in alignment with global marketing strategy.
  • Organize invitations, visitor registrations, and follow-up tracking via CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the US Marketing Manager on event messaging and logistics.
  • Establish event objectives, develop concepts, and oversee operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee on-site event management.
  • Track and analyze event metrics and feedback for future improvements.
  • Manage all aspects of merchandise purchasing and inventory.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Yacht Marketing Strategists for digital promotional material.
  • Update the company website with new content and manage website updates.
  • Maintain regular reporting for all yachts in the US fleet.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; other languages (French, Spanish) are a bonus.
  • Previous experience organizing and managing events.
  • Good copywriting skills and understanding of core marketing messaging.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good working knowledge of social media and digital strategies.
