About the position

The Service Operator II - Frac/Acid position at Halliburton involves performing essential calculations for fluid quality verification at wellsites, rigging up and down equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided. The role requires managing chemical inventory and maintaining fluid quality during service delivery, while also promoting safety and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary calculations for fluids quality verification at the wellsite.
  • Rig up and rig down equipment on location and prepare it for jobs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed.
  • Manage chemical inventory at the wellsite and pre-blend fluid systems operations.
  • Maintain fluid quality during service delivery according to customer job design and KPIs.
  • Collect and distribute data on jobs as needed.
  • Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
  • Utilize competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance.
  • Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
  • Contribute to quality and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Class A CDL licensure.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years.
