About the position

As a Lead at Apple Retail, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Leadership team and ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include facilitating meaningful experiences for customers and team members, driving operational readiness, and maintaining compliance with Apple values and policies. You will engage with team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer interactions, while also managing inventory and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Leadership team in operational readiness and excellence.
  • Facilitate meaningful experiences for customers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with Apple values and policies, including privacy and environmental initiatives.
  • Gather, interpret, and share data with the leadership team to strategize and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage preservation work order tasks and supply budget in compliance with Apple standards.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, including maintenance and testing of life-safety systems.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team and Technology and Merchandising Pro to meet Apple Retail standards.
  • Energize and align team members with store performance goals and priorities.
  • Address operational needs such as opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides.
  • Support customer-facing activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry products within and near the store.
  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Experience mentoring or leading others personally or professionally.
