About the position

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through the Apple store by managing inventory tasks and maintaining product availability. This position focuses on enhancing sales and improving customer experience through effective inventory management and collaboration with team members. The Operations Specialist fosters a culture of inclusivity and encourages team members to understand the impact of their actions on inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and running tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes.
• Communicate effectively with peers about the status of assigned inventory tasks.
• Promote understanding and awareness of inventory performance among all store staff.
• Align work to Apple's visual standards and answer inventory reporting queries.
• Follow health and safety rules and manage appropriate paperwork as assigned by the leadership team.
• Use communication and training resources to stay updated with inventory process changes.
• Maintain and archive government-related paperwork where applicable.
