US Payroll Tax Specialist - HROP - San Jose

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile tax amounts between the payroll registers and the external tax service agency, ADP. Work with payroll processing teams to make necessary corrections if discrepancies are discovered.
• Manage relevant projects upon demand.
• Work with tax authorities to resolve tax notices.
• Conduct tax related research and support projects that have payroll tax implications.
• Assist in performing daily payroll department operations.
• Support the preparation of payroll data, reports, and new-hire employee information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
• Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for payroll-related integration needs.
