Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of outstanding user experiences across a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Craft experience visions and collaborate with clients to refine design scope.
  • Champion the importance of design and foster compromise to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Push boundaries to devise innovative solutions and align projects with business objectives and user needs.
  • Nurture emerging talent through mentorship and contribute to team cohesion and departmental success.
  • Define, estimate, propose, and lead product design engagements by casting a clear vision and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Showcase mastery in UX, UI, and User Research, facilitating workshops and creating UX artifacts.
  • Innovate to impress clients with insightful and unexpected value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, specializing in UX, UI, and User Research.
  • Knowledgeable in front-end development, visual design/branding, and design systems.
  • 1+ years of design leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of foundational principles of web and mobile design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly and persuasively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Interest in sales and participation in touchpoint meetings with other disciplines.
  • Up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
