About the position

The Product Manager - OEM at Grote Industries is responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle for a specific category, from strategy and development to execution and performance tracking. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and category growth.

Requirements

• A business or engineering degree is required.
• 5 years of product, business development, program management, or technical experience in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office is required.
• Excellent communication skills are needed.
• Ability to motivate and persuade individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
