About The Position
The US Product Quality Complaints Sample Room Technician is responsible for managing complaint samples related to Product Technical Complaints for medical devices, pharmaceutical products, biologics, and combination products. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and quality standards while providing support in the Sample Room operations.
