We are currently seeking a Director of Market Expansion and Sell-Side Advisors Development. This remote role will drive expansion into new market segments and oversee the recruitment, training, and management of Sell-Side Advisors. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to recruit, assess, and train sell-side advisors, lead market entry and growth operations, and establish high standards for sell-side advisor performance through audits and feedback. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes will be essential. Additionally, we are looking for an HR Generalist who will build a world-class team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role will lead the recruitment process, manage onboarding programs, facilitate learning and development opportunities, oversee performance management processes, and cultivate a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in HR practices, particularly in recruiting and performance management, and a proven track record in successfully building and scaling teams in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities
