About the position

As a Senior Manager at the Apple Store, you will lead staff and operations in one or more store areas, focusing on creating a high-performing work environment. Your role involves guiding other leaders, monitoring business lines, and collaborating with corporate partners to achieve operational objectives. You will foster a culture of inclusion and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while promoting the Apple brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the staff and operations of one or more store areas.
  • Inspire top performance from teams by guiding other leaders.
  • Monitor multiple lines of business to achieve operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with corporate business partners to report results.
  • Find solutions to maintain a high level of customer focus.
  • Coach and encourage staff with clear communications.
  • Develop strong relationships across teams and with customers.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Ability to collaborate with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans.
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop team members.
  • Experience adapting to challenges in a retail environment.
  • Fluency in English and the local language; multilingual ability is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cross-industry experience is welcome; a retail background is not necessary.
  • Passion for learning about Apple technology and products.
