This role is essential as it represents the face of US Synthetic, requiring courteous and enthusiastic interaction with customers, suppliers, and employees both over the phone and in person. The receptionist will be responsible for fulfilling various front desk duties, which include sorting and delivering mail, maintaining an organized and clean workspace, and planning and greeting guests to create a world-class experience. Additionally, the receptionist will assist the Human Resources department as needed. The working hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 11:45 AM, Monday through Friday, with an earlier start time of 6:00 AM on Tuesdays. The position is set to close on September 25, 2024. It is important to note that this position is part-time and does not offer benefits. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible for occasional coverage of other shifts, ensuring that the front desk operations run smoothly at all times. In this role, the receptionist will be expected to politely answer phones, transfer calls, and relay messages. They will interact with walk-in visitors, ensuring that the company’s visitor policy is followed. The receptionist will also assist employees in hosting visitors, schedule conference rooms as requested, and manage inquiries related to lockers and uniforms.
