About the position

The position involves a comprehensive understanding of data and digital literacy, environmental protection, operational excellence, partnership and collaboration, employee health and safety, asset protection and security, EHS training delivery, risk management, process improvement, influential communication, and transportation operations. The role requires the ability to articulate the levers that influence data, ensure data quality, and organize processes for analysis. It also involves operating tools for evaluating pollution, supporting regulatory visits, and preparing audit reports. The candidate will be responsible for explaining operational functions, managing stakeholder communications, participating in safety inspections, and implementing environmental policies. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, risk management, and effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Articulates the levers that influence data and ensures data quality.
  • Operates tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution.
  • Supports regulatory visits and prepares audit reports.
  • Explains operational functions and key roles of assigned department.
  • Participates in OSHA and other regulatory inspections.
  • Works with tools for theft prevention and investigates security breaches.
  • Supports training programs and manages feedback from participants.
  • Produces and interprets risk assessment reports.
  • Defines critical workflows and identifies process problems.
  • Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to attend and complete job-required trainings.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 or More Degreed Certifications (e.g., Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications).
  • 2 or more years of investigative or asset protection experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
