About the position

As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will enhance member service by delivering high-quality bakery products while collaborating with team members to meet member expectations. Your role involves maintaining the bakery area, ensuring product presentation, and providing excellent customer service, all while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the Bakery area, including work surfaces, windows, mirrors, and display cases.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, organizing product displays, and ensuring design inventory is available.
• Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in decorative designs by preparing bakery merchandise based on production needs.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, and managing production to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, and identify shrink and damages in the Bakery area.

Requirements

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
