About the position
As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will enhance member service by delivering high-quality bakery products while collaborating with team members to meet customer expectations. Your role involves maintaining the bakery area, ensuring product presentation, and providing excellent member service through effective communication and order management.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the Bakery area following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking and organizing product displays.
- Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in decorative designs based on daily production needs.
- Provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintain safety standards and report unsafe situations to management.
- Manage the sales floor in the Bakery area according to company policies.
Requirements
- 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
