About the position

As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will enhance member service by delivering high-quality bakery products while collaborating with team members to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools and tasks.
• Plan bakery production to ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs.
• Follow recipe measurement instructions and adhere to food safety standards.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment while ensuring sanitation guidelines are met.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Drive performance in the bakery area by maintaining quality and date control standards.
• Prepare for seasonal events that impact bakery volume.

Requirements

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
