About the position

The position involves leading and developing store teams by providing training, feedback, and support to associates. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, financial performance, and compliance with company policies. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates.
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring them.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission and values.
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for certain facilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
