About the position

This position is responsible for leading and developing store teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving financial performance, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. The role involves direct supervision of associates, implementing business solutions, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The leader will also engage in community outreach and support company initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and company direction.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates.
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and managing budgets.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support the company mission and values.
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of job-required trainings and assessments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
