About the position
The position involves leading and developing teams within a retail environment, focusing on effective communication, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L statements and managing budgets.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years of college education; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities selling firearms.
Nice-to-haves
