As a leader at Walmart, you will be responsible for developing and managing teams effectively by employing a variety of strategies including teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. You will provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring them. Setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity and inclusion awareness will be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting plans to meet customer and business needs. Compliance with company policies and procedures will be crucial, and you will implement action plans to uphold the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
