About the position

The EY Launch Internship is designed for college students who are two years or more from graduation, providing a unique opportunity to explore a career in professional services. As a Core & CPA Track intern, you will engage with various EY businesses and services that align with your academic pursuits and professional aspirations. This internship aims to support and develop underrepresented groups within the industry, allowing interns to build relationships, discover their professional identity, and gain insights into the workings of EY. During your internship, you will work on real business challenges, assisting client teams in identifying and resolving complex issues. This may involve addressing potential audit concerns, meeting intricate tax obligations, or establishing effective processes and controls. The program emphasizes personal and professional growth, offering a support network to guide you through your journey. You will have access to learning resources, technology, and mentorship opportunities, all aimed at helping you become a transformative leader in the professional services sector. Requirements

  • College freshman, sophomore or junior status
  • An excellent academic record in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics or a related subject
  • Ability to travel locally to the EY office, client and/or third-party sites

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong preference for affiliation in organizations committed to racial diversity and inclusiveness for underrepresented groups
  • A proven history of leadership, such as in a campus club or society
  • A genuine interest in a professional services career
  • Desire and educational requirements to pursue a relevant certification (CPA, CISA, etc.)
