About the position

The Front End Coach is responsible for overseeing customer service and sales efforts at the store's entrance, including cash registers and the customer service desk. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for customers and enhancing their shopping experience. The Front End Coach leads and develops teams, models exceptional customer service, drives financial performance, and ensures compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates.
• Manage and support customer service initiatives and ensure customer needs are resolved.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements and managing budgets.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support the company mission and values.

Requirements

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for certain facilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
