Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.

  • Ensure effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support company mission and values.
  • Build high-performing teams and create a culture of belonging.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms.
  • Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
