About The Position

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Sam's Club, you will take a leading role in patient care, focusing on eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. This position offers you the autonomy to establish your own practice days and hours, control your patient schedule, set your fee schedule, and retain 100% of your exam and professional fees.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license.
• General Liability Certificate.
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
• W-9.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye and vision care to patients.
• Establish and manage your own practice schedule and fee structure.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize available equipment and support services as needed.
