About the position

In this role, you will lead and drive strategy and operations efforts with a deep understanding of dynamics and trends through data analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct business analysis by understanding user needs, behaviors, and market intelligence to influence the product roadmap effectively. You will analyze drivers of adoption and identify opportunities for investments, managing product activation initiatives to ensure successful implementation. You will systematically capture and elevate market demands into the product by collaborating closely with the product team. This collaboration will be essential in driving accountability, visibility, and efficient collaboration across the organization. You will also streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven opportunities for improvement. Supporting the implementation and deployment of large, complex, and ambiguous projects will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing documentation and conducting training sessions to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing. Your ability to use a data-driven approach to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions will be crucial for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments.
  • Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Statistical Programming Language proficiency.
