About the position

The Manager, Business Operations - Site Tooling & Enablement is a key role within the eCommerce organization, responsible for developing and implementing site merchandising tools that enhance operational efficiencies and improve the digital customer experience. This hybrid position focuses on transitioning large-scale processes to tech-enabled workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new tech-enabled workflows to create site content that supports strategic initiatives.
• Integrate workflows across business functions to facilitate content generation and execution.
• Understand the link between site tools and the customer journey to deliver a compelling experience.
• Partner with UX to deliver user-friendly tools and manage enhancement requests.
• Establish new KPIs and metrics to measure operational efficiencies and customer outcomes.
• Reduce operational overhead by shifting manual inputs to automated processes.
• Implement change management strategies and training plans for adoption across business functions.
• Identify key business issues and communicate findings to leaders to champion change.
• Cultivate an environment of respect and integrity among associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, project/program management, finance, management, or related area.
• 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, program management, or related area.
