About the position

The Manager, Business Operations - Site Tooling & Enablement at Walmart's eCommerce organization is responsible for developing Site Merchandising tools that enhance operational efficiencies and improve the digital experience for Walmart.com customers. This hybrid role focuses on transitioning large-scale processes to tech-enabled workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new tech-enabled workflows for site content creation.
• Integrate workflows across business functions to facilitate content generation and execution.
• Understand the link between site tools and the customer discovery experience.
• Partner with UX to deliver user-friendly tools and manage enhancement requests.
• Establish new KPIs and metrics with product and analytics teams to measure efficiencies and customer outcomes.
• Reduce operational overhead by automating manual inputs and implementing auditing processes.
• Implement change management strategies and training plans for adoption across business functions.
• Identify key business issues and communicate findings to leaders to champion change.
• Cultivate an environment of integrity and ethics within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, project/program management, finance, management, or related area.
• 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, program management, or related area.
