About the position

The Manager, Marketing Operations will play a crucial role in the Sales and Marketing Operations team, focusing on vendor management and financial operations. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to manage existing contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring performance goals are met. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, assisting in financial forecasting, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing contractual relationships and vendor sourcing, selection, and renewal processes for small or low complexity contracts.
  • Review vendor utilization, supplier metrics, and other KPIs to identify trends and ensure performance goals are met.
  • Collaborate with Marketing groups, Legal, and Finance to develop and implement vendor management programs.
  • Negotiate product costs and volume with suppliers for small or low complexity contracts and set up new vendors.
  • Assist Finance with the development of financial forecasts for small or low complexity contracts.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 1 year of experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field OR 3 years of experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid financial, quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and cross-functionally.
