The Workplace Hospitality team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service within a world-class corporate environment. This team plays a crucial role in facilitating and enhancing associate experiences, fostering connections to teams, workplaces, and moments that celebrate the company's culture and purpose. The Program Manager, Workplace Hospitality will be an integral part of the Walmart Corporate Real Estate team, primarily responsible for ensuring that associates and guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their time at the office. This role involves overseeing the smooth operation of workplaces and neighborhoods, ensuring that buildings and spaces are ready for business every day. The Program Manager will create a welcoming and efficient environment, providing exceptional service to ensure that associates, guests, and customers enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. This position will be highly visible at the Home Office campus in Bentonville, requiring proactive engagement with tenants and a commitment to enhancing the workplace experience. In this role, the Program Manager will serve as a single point of contact for campus workplace requests, building deep relationships to facilitate a frictionless connection between tenants and Corporate Real Estate. Responsibilities include ensuring that all spaces are clean and operational, developing and implementing plans to maximize space utilization, and providing exceptional customer service on behalf of the Corporate Real Estate team. The Program Manager will also submit tickets to stakeholders to relay issues and work closely with the Facilities Management team to resolve tenant work orders. Additionally, the role involves being informed about building services, neighborhood events, and key visitors, as well as activating buildings through custom events, workshops, and seminars. Travel across the campus between assigned buildings will also be a part of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a single point of contact for tenants' campus workplace requests.
  • Ensure that buildings and spaces are business ready daily, including cleanliness and functionality.
  • Develop and implement a plan to maximize space utilization across neighborhood spaces and rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of Corporate Real Estate and the broader organization.
  • Submit tickets to stakeholders to relay issues, problems, and concerns.
  • Work with the Facilities Management team to resolve tenant work orders regarding workplace operations and maintenance.
  • Provide information regarding building services, neighborhood events, and key visitors.
  • Activate buildings through custom events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Travel across campus between assigned buildings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in hospitality or customer experience roles.
  • Change management experience.
  • Project management experience.
