The position requires building relationships with business leaders, evaluating asset protection programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves crisis management, promoting a culture of integrity and ethics, and providing supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate inventory flow processes for multiple facilities.
  • Utilize data and customer feedback to develop strategies for improving inventory flow.
  • Align with Market Manager and store leadership to implement training for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with supply chain to provide feedback on store inventory flow and load standards.
  • Lead strategy for management of deleted inventory and execution of facility clearance plans.
  • Drive execution of cost inventory processes and ensure facilities meet cost inventory targets.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders to meet asset protection needs.
  • Evaluate asset protection programs and adapt them to store and market specific needs.
  • Ensure facilities are prepared for crises and manage event management plans.
  • Cultivate an environment of integrity and ethics among associates.
  • Drive execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Business, or related field and 1 year's managerial experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates.
  • OR 2 years' managerial experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Asset Protection, Inventory Control, or Safety certification in an asset protection related field (e.g., Loss Prevention Qualified, Loss Prevention Certified).
