Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for facility management across multiple facilities.
  • Ensure competitive talent acquisition by championing human resource initiatives and addressing new business needs.
  • Implement and model customer service standards to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, including environmental compliance, across multiple facilities.
  • Drive operational excellence and hold the management team accountable for performance.
  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial reports; manage capital and expense budgets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.
  • Cultivate an environment of integrity and ethics, integrating these values into all programs and practices.
  • Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to maximize business goals.
  • Model Walmart values to foster a positive culture and support community initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience supervising Management Associates OR 3 years experience as a Store Manager OR 5 years supervising managers with P&L responsibility.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Facility Maintenance, Managing Fuel or Convenience Store, Retail Management, or Retail Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science.
